Hi! My name is Chelsea A. Hamlet.
I am a….
Sound Enthusiast When Words Just Won’t Do… Lol
Honestly, I’m going through a transition in my life right now. I’ve tried different career paths but now I finally found something that feels in alignment with my life path.
I’m currently in a space where I’m making sense of who I am, what I want to say, what matters to me and how I can authentically be myself while making a living. My intention is to live a life that’s authentic online and offline and record it through blogging and social media.
*God help me*
Before I got to this point, I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a BA in Communication and Social Interaction with a minor in Creative Writing. Job wise, I tried public relations, personal branding, freelance writing for solopreneurs, content strategist for nonprofits, event planning and a host of other things that left me feeling burned out, disappointed, bitter and lost.
It wasn’t until I started doing more in-depth personal development work through Momentum Education and deciding to make my interest in sexuality a career path that I started healing from past wounds and feeling more like myself. I was also able to become a paid contributing writer for publications such as Her Agenda and Cassius Life.
Now, this part of my story is still being written. I am not where I want to be, but I am in a way better place than I was four+ years ago and that’s an accomplishment.
If you would like to read a shorter version, check out my mini-bio below:
